Thurs 23rd Feb 2017

Today the surgery is closed for staff training from 11.30am to 3.15pm

Welcome to Green Elms Medical Centre

As from February 2017, reception staff are required to find out the reason you are requesting an appointment, phone call or visit.

We have specialist nurses, pharmacists, health care assistants and phlebotomists, as well as GPs.

We ask what type of appointment you need so that we can save you time

All of the staff are governed by strict confidentiality rules.

The staff make approximately 1000 appointments every week, there is very little that they haven’t heard before and would be surprised by.

Please don’t be offended when we ask for more information, our staff do not pretend to be clinicians - it's just that the more information we can get from you the better equipped we are to ensure patients are seeing the right person.
