For any concerns, complaints or compliments, In the first instance, the Clinic Manager would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you or if she is unavailable then the Practice Manager.  If you would like to speak to either, please ask at Reception.  If they are not available at the time, you can arrange to make an appointment or leave a message for them to contact you.
